“Hotspot has been working well for the past month or so but last night just stopped working. There is data on it, it shows up as ok and having internet but when I try something that requires internet it says no internet. How can I fix this?”

Is your term of service over? I paid for 15 gm for 30 days. Never used up the 15 gb. But when the 30 days was over I couldn’t connect to the internet. It will show data rates on the hotspot and allow connections even if your term is expired. I paid for another month and everything started working again. I did have to find another connection to purchase the new month of service though.
