Just disconnect internet on phone (that is what I do on mine) and parents can set up app to see what you are using to ensure you don't reconnect it

This is a fully featured phone supporting WiFi internet for free and 4G internet with paid subscription. I'm not sure what value a screen has without internet connectivity, maybe a phone without a screen?
