• It can only be used with Simple Mobile and not Tracfone. We learned that the hard way.

• I had ordered this phone to be used with Tracfone but when I picked it up it was in a Simple Mobile box. The box said it was sold by Tracfone but could only be used with Simple Mobile. No one at Best Buy could tell me if the wrong phone was sent to me or not.
