Please try again later.The sensors connect to a base which is connected to WiFi, so you need WiFi for sensors to work, if WiFi is tampered with, you will not receive notifications. When WiFi works, You can receive push notifications when your sensors detect motion and door open. To receive push notifications from the SimpliSafe® app, you will need to turn on push notifications, and allow the SimpliSafe app to send push notifications in your phone's settings.
