• It should, depending on what router you have and how far away you put it from the base station. My system works well with a Google Nest Router. My sensors are about thirty to 50 feet from the base station.

• The Entry Sensor is able to communicate with the Base Station through walls, and even when installed on doors in other buildings. However, it is not intended for outdoor use.
