“Can you add another keypad to the alarm system so that you can enter from two different locations? Also, can you set different zones with each key pad such as an upstairs separate from the downstairs on the same system?”

You can add additional keypads to the system. You can name the sensors giving you the ability to know which door or window is open, however, the only way to differentiate zones would be to have motion sensors placed in only one of the zones unless you add another base system

They also offer one (or they did) where you monitor or view the cameras for about $10 per month. Best to call them and find out your questions.
