“Is this only to summon police.....or can it also be for fire or ambulance?”

• When you push the panic button the monitoring company calls you to see if you're ok. If you don't answer or don't know your safe word they call the police. You would have to check with Simplisafe to see if it can be used for fire or ambulance since I am not sure, but would think it is not for that.

• According to the info in the ad, the panic button can be set to summon either police OR medical. I assume not both.

• From what I understand, if you want that to call directly you must have a monthly monitoring plan
