I personally purchase it without a security system or monitoring. The minimum components that you’re going to need are, the digital lock, Bass Station, and keypad.

In my case I purchase them individually. And worked with the SimpliSafe customer service people to configure and connect all of them. It works perfectly without any moderating or ongoing costs.
