“If the Door is locked, why can I not unlock it from the inside of the house? I have to use the app to unlock before. Is there something I'm doing wrong?”

• This is a common complaint with this lock unfortunately. The solution I have found is that if you turn the knob in the same direction it's already going it will usually then release. There's something inside that gets off track when the lock is engaged electronically.

• You can absolutely open this from the outside using the pin pad. It actually works very well
