The Singer Confidence Quilter model 7469Q sewing machine is a Home sewing machine. The Singer Confidence Quilter model 7469Q sewing machine is capable of sewing garment weight leather (a soft supple leather of 2-3 oz [0.8 – 1.2 mm] is normal for garments) with the proper machine settings and needle. If you are planning to sew thicker leather, we recommend that you look at an Industrial type machine.
