Q: QuestionI am looking at having a 6-channel amp installed in my '06 Silverado along with either a slim powered or passive subwoofer. Am I looking at $119 for the amp, and $19.99 for the subwoofer? I am planning on supplying my own install kits for both.

Q: QuestionI have a 2012 Dodge Challenger which has the battery in the trunk. If I am buying a Kenwood receiver and already have my amp and sub. Would I also have to purchase this install just because I want a sub output ran from my new head unit to my trunk?

• A:Answer Hi Flo – From your description, it sounds like you would be looking at paying for a subwoofer installation. We’d want to see your current setup before making that determination, however, so I’d suggest reaching out to an Agent at your local Best Buy before making your purchase.

• A:Answer Hello Bigb72039- Fantastic question! The normal subwoofer installation, if it isn't already mounted in the box is $19.99, and the amplifier installation is $99.99. There are other parts required like an amplifier kit and possibly a line output convertor if being connected to a factory radio. Please speak with your local Geek Squad Autotech for a more exact quote!
