My will not turn on at all . WHY? null

They are defective. I've had the same problem. You can fill out a warranty claim and they will send you a new pair, but the same thing will likely happen. I've had 3 pairs and all have had the same problem.

You have to hold the power button down for about 4 seconds and the light will flash then let the button go
