QuestionHow to turn on and sync with iPhone music

- Answer Good afternoon Butch, Pairing your Inkd+ Wireless Headphones to your phone is fairly easy. 1)Put the ear buds in your ears so you can hear the comands the headphone is giving you. 2)Hold down the + and - button at the same time for 7 seconds. This will activate Bluetooth pairing mode. The headphone name should now show up on the bluetooth settings for which ever device you are trying to pair to. If you have more questions regarding pairing, The support tab on Skullcandy.com has some wonderful instructional videos that may assist you further. Thanks again for reaching out! Best, SKDY

Questioni charge these for two hours and they only last less than 5 minutes. this literally happened overnight? I would like to exchange for another pair please. thank you

QuestionDo these stay in your ear? I have had so many earbuds and I can't find any that will actually stay in my ear! I normally would be using them while doing outdoor gardening and hiking.

- Answer Yes for the most part they fit and stay quite well. I personally use them for work and the gym. They do a very good job and dont fatigue your ear.

- Answer They do a good job of keeping outside noise to a minimum, however I wouldnt say they cancel sound 90 percent or more.

- Answer I have had both and the difference in sound is minimal, however with these its more of a fitment upgrade and slightly better sound qualities.
