I charge mine for 20 mins it lasts me over 12+ hrs a day

I am faced with thee same problem and also want to return them as one set won’t sync with my iPhone 8 and the other won’t charge

I have these and they take less than an hour to charge and last for a long time! You must have a bad pair!
