I can’t find where to plug the charger to the headset. It looks like there’s a door that opens but can’t open it. Please help! null

There is a rubber "flip""door on the end of the neck piece. My is on the side that has the volume control.

Use a toothpick or your fingernail to help the tab to open...

On the left side of the neck and where the control buttons are, if you look at the very end of it that is where you plug it in. I used a fingernail to pu) the dust cover out and open it so I could plug it in. If you don't have nails you could get it with a paper clip or similar. Just catch the outer rim of the cover and pull up easy.
