• Make sure too peel the little white stickers off the headphones! I thought mine were broken for the first 3 days

• my left earbuds of skullcandy push doesn't want to charge and I try a lot but they won't charge

• If one bud is more charged than the other such as the right as the left is used the most it will not charge as the box reads the right as fully charged. Take out one of em and see if will charge the left. Another thing I notice is to make sure you turn off both buds before putting to the box
