There may be a software update for your phone. Try it and then reconnect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.please turn off the Bluetooth on your s3, forget the paired device, turn the Bluetooth back on and repair the headphones. I have had to do this not only with my headphones but with several Bluetooth devices for my galaxy phones over the years.
