• No, to answer a call you have to press the center button. Make calls using your phone but all audio is through the headset. Not a big deal.

• They are not. If you have an iphone, "Hey Siri" needs to be done directly through an Apple Watch or iPhone. On android (assuming your android supports "Ok Google,") it would have to be done directly to the phone or Android Wear watch

• Unsure, I have only used them to listen to Pandora at the gym and have answered calls in the middle of listening. They are not completely hands free as you have to touch them to answer the call. I don't think they can initiate a call via your voice.
