“When I plug in my INK'd wireless earbugs they almost immediately turn blue. However, I am unable to turn them on. Is there a way to reset them? Do I need to allow them to discharge? Or are they just defective?”

Usually when the light it blue that means they are fully charged. You have to press and hold the center button for them to turn on. However they very well may be defective.
