Hi There, Thank you for your question! The time it takes to download 1,000 photos depends on your internet connection speed. However, please note that downloading photos in bulk isn't currently supported. You can only download one photo at a time from the Skylight Frame. To download a photo or video from the Cloud Portal, follow these steps: 1. Open your browser and go to app.ourskylight.com. 2. Log in using your personal email address and the password you set up when activating the frame. 3. Click on the name of the frame you want to download a photo or video from. 4. Click on the photo or video you want to download. 5. Click "Download" in the top right corner. I hope this information is helpful.
