Q: Questiondo you have to buy the plus service to put photos on this? with the skylight calender you have to pay extra to have photos on it. can i put the photos on it with out adding the plus service for add. $$?

• A:Answer Hi there, Yes, you have to get the Plus subscription but the calendar will still work without a subscription. You can still sync and add chores/events to the frame and the app is free to use. The Plus subscription is just optional if you want to get additional features like a photo screensaver and magic import. Q: QuestionWhat does it look like when some photos are portrait and some are landscape? If you have the frame set one way on your table, then do you have to make sure all your photos are oriented that way?

• A:Answer Hello Carrie and thank you for your question! Skylight is designed to work best with landscape (horizontal) pictures that have a 16:9 ratio. For any photos that do not fit the 16:9 ratio, including vertical and square photos, Skylight will automatically add borders on the sides to make them fit on the frame. You can rotate and pinch zoom the photos to adjust them to your liking. • A:Answer Hi There, Thank you for your question! The time it takes to download 1,000 photos depends on your internet connection speed. However, please note that downloading photos in bulk isn't currently supported. You can only download one photo at a time from the Skylight Frame. To download a photo or video from the Cloud Portal, follow these steps: 1. Open your browser and go to app.ourskylight.com. 2. Log in using your personal email address and the password you set up when activating the frame. 3. Click on the name of the frame you want to download a photo or video from. 4. Click on the photo or video you want to download. 5. Click "Download" in the top right corner. I hope this information is helpful. We'll pass this to our development team for consideration for future updates. However, the frame does come with 8GB of built-in memory, which is enough to store over 8,000 pictures! We’ve yet to see anyone run out of space, so it should provide plenty of room for your photos. I hope this information helps.
