A: There are two ways. 1. Connect the device to WiFi, download their app on a smartphone, and use the app to transfer pictures from the phone to the device. 2. It comes with a cable that you can use to connect it to a computer. Once connected, there’s a way to put it into transfer mode and copy pictures from the computer to the device. I forget what the exact icon is; it’s not in the instructions, so I just tried menu options til I found one that worked.
Q: Can I transfer photos from my computer using the cord? Or is it only via WIFI?
A: You can transfer photos from your computer via the cable they provide. They don’t include that information in their instructions, but one of the menu options lets you put it into data transfer mode. I’m afraid I don’t remember which option, since it’s been about a month since I set it up.
