Can the to do lists be repeated monthly for bills? null

Yes! Events can be customized a lot. Attached is my kids flag football event, weekly, and when the event ends so it will no longer show after that date.

You can't create a recurring event or list for it, but there is an option for you to check when done and then uncheck when starting again for the next month.
