Tower is flashing red and nothing is working null

Do you hear your or can you see fan spin the fan spinning?
if so then reseat your video card, meaning unplug the power (not turn off) UNPLUG then remover video connection from card, then open case pull your video card out and put it back in.
plug power in monitor cable to video card and check for video signal.
if still nothing Unplug power and reseat your memory sticks on the motherboard
plug back in and test.

usually the flashing red means something is not seated right on the motherboard.

If you have the Shadow 3.0, depress the RGB button on the top and the lights will start changing in sequential order or colors and whether you want it flashing or not. It might be on the keyboard. Worse case it, you need to download the app for it.
