Hello, I apologize for the issue you're having with our PCs. Our PCs are built to be ready to use out of the box. Could you double check that the switch on the power supply near where you plugged in the power cable is set to the line side and not the circle side? Also make sure that the PC is plugged into a working power outlet and surge protector.
