The Slingbox broadcasts signals to the internet via cable box interface. The outdoor TV has to have an app to receive the broadcast. If the TV has a browser you can probably download the app from slingbox.com and watch through a web browser. Maybe a splitter would be more feasible than a Slingbox.to connect to the outdoor TV but then again the remote might be a problem unless you have a line of site to the control box. The other problem is that both TVs will have the same show since it's coming from the same box and this true with Slingbox also. Hope this sheds a light.

The Slingbox will need network access either via Wifi or ethernet as well. For your indoor TV, you will control the channels as usual through your Comcast box. For your outdoor TV, you will control the channel selection via the internet either by laptop or the Slingbox cellphone/ipad app. You then will also need a way to "throw" the picture from your laptop or cellphone to the outdoor TV wirelessly. Something like an AppleTV or Google equivalent connected to your outdoor TV. You could throw the picture using a wired method from your laptop to the outdoor TV, but those connections will depend on your laptop. Good luck.
