• Yes, we have a DVR and can watch shows live over Sling box or watch our recorded programs frim DVR over Sling Box. With Xfinity, we are able to contool our DVR remotely.

• The Slingbox mirrors what is on your tv at home. If there is an ESPN show that you are able to set to record on your home DVR, then when you are away, you can use the Slingbox to set the program to record ( or set it before you leave home) and watch that program later on your computer via Slingbox. You can delete it after you have watched it via your Slingbox as well. Slingbox will show, on screen, a remote that is exactly like the remote you have at home and you can do anything with the Slingbox remote that you can do with your remote at home.
