They touched my copper pipes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had he same issue. And they delivered the refrigerator with the wrong handles on top of that. Would I recommend a purchase from Best Buy? Probably not. My refrigerator was a Whirlpool. The guy told me they don’t touch copper even though local rules allow them and the manufacturer also accepts them.

Please try again later.Wish I could answer your question but Best Buy never kept their delivery date and only sent an email the very morning of the delivery and installation of the month-long scheduled delivery. Had they performed like a professional business, which they were not in my case, then I would have been more than happy to help with your question.
