If you purchased installation with the new refrigerator and removal of existing product, it will accomplished the same day the new refrigerator is delivered.

Please try again later.I have the same info on my account...I asked & was assured that my fridge would be installed - they are picking up my “lemon” fridge that is to be returned & installing the new one. Usually installation is included with a large purchase ticket item, but with the COVID pandemic, things have been a bit “wonky.” You might try calling the BestBuy store where you purchased the new refrigerator or if you purchased it online, try calling the BestBuy 1-800 number.
