“If I buy a refrigerator that is only available through delivery (i.e. not available in the store) and if I buy the install kit, will Best Buy hook everything up and install it when it is delivered? Also, haul away the old one for an additional fee?”

You can buy online & also buy the accessories on they will installed every thing. They are good helpful people who came to install & took the old one.
