• Nancy it's easy to hook up following directions in PKG, but we had our delivery guys hook up for us, which was even easier.

• The hook up for this item was relatively quick. The attachment eliminated an old one be replaced by a new metal line. It took less than an hour to be installed and th refrigerator up and running.

• one end goes to the outlet in the wall; the other goes to the filter for the ice maker in the back of the refrigerator. connect both, tighten, then turn on the water at the wall outlet and watch for leaks for a few minutes.
