• I'm sure they will if you have the service - You might want to use YouTube though for such a small task..

• I paid a fee to have them to come to my home. Call bestbuy and see if someone can come to your home. If so, there will be a 100.00 charge for them to come out. I had the in home protection plan and I paid 50.00.
