The tech they sent to my home did not know how to do PEK and was unwilling to spend a few minutes reading the instructions. I was refunded my fee and had another company do it the next day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My old thermostat did not have a C wire, so the technician installed the PEK on the furnace (my Ecobee came with a PEK). He seemed quite knowledgeable, so he must have done it before.
