Drones of this price point generally have a gyro, and definitely an IMU (Accelerometer) which functions similarly (to know which way is down). Auto stabilization with IMU/Gyro is cheap and starts at a $15 drone, so these guys definitely would. That doesn't mean it won't drift- calibration on flat ground helps, along with practice, but if you need perfect stable hover, you'd need a GPS drone of a higher price tier.
