“I received these on Christmas 2016. Yesterday my left bud has low volume. They are paired but the sound is very low. The right bud still has the correct volume. Is there a way to resolve this issue?”

Similar but different ear on mine. I switched ears and I'm sure my hearing is better in one tram he over but it works perfectly with my R ear and L earbud. I searched for a balance option but couldn't find anything that worked unfortunately.
