I can't answer for runs. But I can tell you that I have had these on for a several hours at a time tilling my property, getting jerked all over the place by the tiller when it hits roots. I have also cleared brush with these while jumping in and out of the bed of my truck loading branches. And I have worn them on my utility tractor clearing high grass and small trees. All of these activities ended with very sore muscles, lots of sweat, joints that have ached from the jolting. Not a single time did these come out of my ears.
They stay in place really well. I like them.
great; they stay put in my workout activities
They are great for long runs. Work perfect. Won't fall out.
I run 3 miles in them several times a week & they are actually one of few earbuds that will stay put in my ears for that long running
Just make sure you use buds that will malt slip out. I went to the smaller earbud.
Not Good, you can develop a rash on your neck from the sweat.
These are great wireless headphones, but honestly I think they are not designed for sports. They tend to move out of position a lot and the grip to the ears is not firm enough for running. They are good for commuters, walkers and so on, but not for sports. For that I would prefer the Plantronics BackBeat Fit.
In terms of battery life, you should have no problem. The earbuds themselves stay in relatively well, at least as well as any non-form fitting tips fit. I have had issues with the band slipping from my neck, particularly when I use polyester running shirts that are a little more slick than a regular shirt.
I have to use the smallest earbud cover for them to stay in my ear (most earbuds don't fit my ears. Apple earbuds are too big for reference). I wear these at work and they stay in well. But I'm not sure the buds would stay in place on a run though (in my ears at least).
