I have instances where this and one other solar panel supports a WiFi enabled camera and a Arlo Go cellular camera. The WiFi enable camera monitors a driveway and garage entrance and is mounted on a tree and is approximately 150’ away from the WiFi router. In both case these two system work well. If you have a camera and solar panel that is to far from the WiFi source I would recommend a Arlo Go camera system.

Yes they have to be connected to a home wifi network.
