“I purchased one of these for my Arlo go , will not charge. Any suggestions”

I bought am Arlo Solar Panel Charger for one of my cameras. When I installed it my cameras battery was very low so I figured that it would charge it, but it did not charge. The first few days I thought that maybe it hadn't had enough sunlight to charge but after a few days I took the camera down and charged it. Then I put it back and plugged the charger to it. Its only been a few days since I plugged it in and its stayed at about 98% So I guess its working now. Make sure that your camera already has a full charge so that the solar charger can maintain it.

If that doesn't work check the cable to see if it is seated correctly into the back of the camera and into the bottom of the solar panel. Also make sure that the panel is tilted correctly and is in an area that sunlight can get to it.
