Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Lya, Ring Solar Chargers or Solar Panels will only show as connected in the Ring App while it has stored power. If the device is out in the sun long enough to completely run out of power, it will show up as “Not Connected” in the Ring App. Once the device is exposed to enough sunlight to charge up, the status will then return to “Connected.” Here is a helpful support article that elaborates further on messaging within the Ring app for solar status: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061517732-Solar-Charger-and-Solar-Panel-for-Ring-Doorbells-troubleshooting.
