Gaming requires a data stream that is more consistently stable than what a cell tower can provide. While you may be able to run some online functions, you will not be able to run everything. We do not recommend that you use the hotspot to do online gaming. While it may work on some or most days, cellular data is not strong enough at this time. I hope this answers your question.
