Feed the audio from your TV into a Sonos Beam or Arc. You can then set up the group to include that sound bar and add the Amp (which feeds the 2 outdoor speakers via an 18/2 wire.). On your app, you can control the volume of the TV broadcast on both the sound bar (or turn that all the way down if you want) and the speakers (which will appear as Amp).
