I purchased my Sonos from Best Buy without consultation. During my purchase I was in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. Maybe it was a suggestion at the time?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is pushed as a specialty install product from Sonos. Bestbuy is following procedure as all the other retailers are as well. Most likely to keep from returns if someone buys it and expects it to work a certain way and it doesn’t. Also this has wireless surround functions. That probably plays a big part in the in store consultation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As far as I know, you can only get this at a Best Buy by going in person to the Magnolia part of the store. It isn’t officially released until February, I think, when hopefully buying options will improve. Select installers seem to be getting it now, and it seems the Sonos website is selling limited quantities.
