This is exactly what we did. Bought this to power 6 speakers built into our home and patio and also bought the Arc sound bar to go with it. They work flawlessly together. We can have just music through any of the speakers and/or the Arc sound bar and control everything through the app on any phone/tablet/pc that is connected to it. Or do the same with the TV sound.
