Hi, could I connect a def tech 1000 sub to the amp. null

Hi Larry, Yes you can add the Def Tech 1000 to the Sonos Connect Amp in fact I own that sub myself. Just make sure to turn the Gain control on the sub all the way up when setting up to ensure the Sonos amp recognizes it then turn it back down to your desired setting once you hear the sub is working.
