Yes you can , both Sub and one speekars connect wirelessly to amp and that’s how I have connected and using them. Check in my pictures sonos one are at my kitchen island and sub placed next to my sofa

Thanks for your question. If you have all those products as a surround sound set up, you would not need an Amp for that configuration. You could use the Amp to power a separate zone on your Sonos system.
