Hello, and thank you very much for your questions! You can use our Amp to power them. You would need to run one Sonos Amp for each set of speakers if you'd like them to be able to play different things from each other. If you don't mind a certain group always playing the same audio, you may be able to run up to 2 pairs on one Sonos Amp, but the depends on the impedance of the speakers. You may possibly need speaker wire, however, the previous owner of the home probably left the speaker wire however, it's worth taking a look to see.
