The Sonos Amp can power your front left, front right, and your subwoofer. If you want the surrounds to work, you will need to replace them with Sonos speakers (Sonos one SL for example). Then the surrounds can be paired to your front channels on the Sonos Amp. The Sonos Arc would be used as a replacement for the Sonos Amp and the front speakers. The Arc will not work with a traditional subwoofer. You would need the Sonos wireless subwoofer.

The Sonos Arc would replace the front three in-ceiling speakers while the Sonos Amp can be connected to your existing in-ceiling rear speakers. With this set up the Subwoofer port on the Sonos Amp is non-functional as it is set up for rear-channel use. In order to have a subwoofer connected you would need to purchase a Sonos Sub to wirelessly connect to the Sonos Arc. There is a second solution you can go with that would utilize most of your existing products. You can purchase two Sonos Amps. First you would wire one Sonos Amp to your existing front "Left" and "Right" in-ceiling speakers, and the second Sonos Amp would wire to your existing rear channel in-ceiling speakers. The Sonos Amp powering the front channels would also connect to your TV using HDMI ARC. This Amp would act as your front speakers while simulating center channel sound. Because this Amp is being used for your TV connection the subwoofer port is active and can accommodate your existing subwoofer. Option 1: This provides the best audio quality but requires the purchase of a Sonos Sub Arc, Amp, Sub, Option 2: This provides great sound depending on the quality of your speakers but is less overall cost, 2 Sonos Amps
