QuestionMy current Bose set up gets connected to my stereo. I am looking to purchase the Arc and 2 One SL’s along with the sub. Does the soundbar get connected to my stereo via HDMI as my satellite goes through the stereo.

- Answer With the ark connects directly to the TV. The arc Has a HDMI arc connection. As long as the TV supports HDMI. That’s the way to connect.

QuestionSONOS ARC has the dreaded "no power" issue. I am out of warranty since I bought this product when it first came out. Anyone have any suggestions to get this unit serviced other than Sonos. They want $550 for a replacement.

- Answer I’m not sure if you’ve tried or considered this already, but see about getting a new power cord for the speaker. If that doesn’t work try googling or searching on YouTube if there’s a way for you to fix it yourself rather than spend over $500.

QuestionHi, I have a Samsung QN85 model that has eARC HDMI input. Few online forums mentioned there is a compatibility issue with Sonos and Samsung eARC. Can you please let me know if this issue is resolved? If so, I am very much looking forward to buy Sonos.

- Answer Sonos works great with Dolby Atmos. I have the ark the sub and two ones. Sound quality is great I’ve never heard it sound so good you’re really good that theater immersive sound with thundering bass very clear vocal from the front firing sombar. Add two ones. And you are really good that Atmos quality for a full theater experience

QuestionI already have 2 SONOS Five (latest gen) paired with the SONOS sub. Can the SONOS Sub also be paired with ARC? Meaning just the ARC and sub would play tv sound, then when I want to listen to my Fives the sub would play with them.

- Answer The Sonos Arc connects to the TV using the HDMI ARC connection rather than by fiber optic. It also looks like there us a CAT 5 option but I don’t know about that.
