Yes. You still get the Atmos sound through Arc. I've been a Bose user for decades and am glad I finally switched
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV will need an E-ARC output to use the Dolby Atmos feature. With the ARC output, you will get 5.1. If you add the Sonos Subwoofer that will give you a much better 5.1 experience. The HD Furry Arcana unit will give you the E-ARC output you would need to use Dolby Atmos. The 4K Apple tv is capable of providing the Dolby Atmos signal. The HD Furry Arcana would connect between the Apple TV and your TV. One HDMI output would go to the TV, The other output (E-ARC) would go to the Sonos Soundbar. The HD Furry is not cheap. You may want to consider the purchase of a new TV with an E-ARC (enhanced audio return channel) such as an LG C1. Also, the movie has to be produced in Dolby Atmos to use the feature.
