“i have 2 questions....it seems that the voices are low when people are talking. Is there any way to move the voice volume up other than the speech enhancement....Also, how can i verify i am getting the 5.1 Dolby sound out of the soundbar...”

When you open the volume control in the app when something is playing it displays the sound type. Dolby 5,1 would be displayed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, and thank you very much for your question. 1) First ensure that your TV is putting out the proper audio codec. You can find this in the Tv's audio settings. The Arc has a dedicated center speaker for speech and the enhancement should be plenty of sound for dialog. So we'd venture to guess the TV is not putting out the proper audio signal. 2) To check what audio format you're getting go to settings -> system -> About my Sonos system -> scroll down to the Arc: "Name of room" ---- There you should see "Audio in" and the signal that it's receiving. Best to do this with Netflix or a dvd that you know is in 5.1. It should say "Dolby Digital 5.1" Give it a few seconds to catch up and even go back a page and then back to the about my system to let it refresh if needed, however it should update in real time. If you're watching something that you know is 5.1 and it's not getting a 5.1 signal after a minute or two, then it's probably the TV or the streaming device (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, ext) is probably not set to the appropriate audio settings.
